MI 76 Still a good-looking plate. It's still pretty distinctive, over a quarter-century after it was issued. This base was replaced in 1979 by a very unimaginative white-on-black base.
MI 150 Here's an interesting one...this is Michigan's Sesquentennial plate, but it was only issued in 1987, on personalized bases (as they were issued yearly), and was taken off the road in 1988. The stylized '150' at the bottom replaces the embossed 'Great Lake State' legend on all other vanity and passenger plates.

Definitely one of the more bizarre special-issue issuances I've heard of.

MI motor capital I've got to be honest....I really don't like this plate much at all. I think it's a crudely-done plate that should have been much more attractive. Still, being the huge car buff that I am, I had to have one in my collection.
MI Mackinac Passenger issues on this Mackinac Bridge issue used a 1AB-C23 format. This A1234B format denotes a truck plate.
MI Narrow Die This is the ol' blue plate with the smaller dies seen on the Mackinac Bridge and other optional plates.
