This is a nice, basic plate with a color fade background that celebrates North Dakota's Centennial.
	This is still a sharp-looking general issue.  Those are getting harder and harder to find these days, as states try and save the good stuff for the extra-cost plates.
	This is a nice four-digit example of the current baseplate.
	This is a nice plate.  I actually saw one of these in a Shop 'n Save supermarket parking lot here in Portland a couple of years ago.
