This is the previous [non-reflectorized] Ontario issue, which has been replaced with what is basically a screened version of this plate. New issues are in a unique ABCD 123 format.

And here's the current format, with screened legends on a reflective base and fairly unique ABCD-123 format. I'm waiting to see if they issue plates in the "BILL" series.
