This blue-on-yellow baseplate was introduced in 1975 and was issued through 1987, and is still valid today. I'm not sure if this dealer plate is from the end of that run (the dies for the word 'Oregon' are narrower on this one than on the passenger plates I've seen from that period), or if dealer plates continued to be issued on this baseplate after the introduction of the 1988 graphic plate (below). |

This plate was introduced in 1988, and was quickly panned because the tree in the middle appeared dead...collectors refer to this plate as the Oregon "Dead Tree" plate. Too many were issued for this plate to qualify as a "modern rarity," and in fact these plates are still valid today with proper stickers. Actually, since there hasn't been a general plate issue since 1956, all plates from 1956 onward are valid with current stickers. |

This plate was introduced in late 1989 as a (live?) update to the Dead Tree plate, and continues to be the baseplate today. |

A decent enough optional graphic plate, but they could have done a better job with the wagon. No matter; these plates are no longer issued. |

Another optional issue featuring the likeness of a salmon. Nice minimalist graphics here. |
