Flagship Niagara This gets my vote for "Best-Looking Plate Ever Issued." Unfortunately, it also was in contention for "Least Legible License Plate Numbers" by Pennsylvania law enforcement, and this plate is no longer issued, though they can still be seen on the road today.
Zoo A very nice photorealistic plate whose proceeds actually go to benefit the Pennsylvania Zoo. This plate is easy to read and is still being issued today.
Roofer This used to belong to my buddy Roofer. You should see that guy throw a Suburban around!
greyhound plate This plate actually has personal relevance, as we used to have an adopted former racing greyhound. This plate is a sample, but I'm looking for a real one at some point.
railroad plate This plate follows the Flagship Niagara plate into the arena of 'paintings reproduced on license plates.' Not a very crowded arena as of yet.
WWW plate This is the current PA graphic, the first plate to feature a Web address on it (others have followed suit since). Slightly more interesting than the previous yellow-on-blue, but not by much.

Thanks to Nathan for this one.

Circus & Carnival Definitely one of the more unique issues on the road. Although it's unlikely I'll ever have a real one, this is close enough. It's one of the best examples of the "interesting non-passenger" category I have.
