This is the previous "Anne of Green Gables" issue, featuring likenesses of the green-gabled house and - presumably - Anne.

I am told that the "C" prefix denotes a plate for a commercial truck, but I've also been told that this is simply a new passenger numbering system (the WA-123 block used for the and the Birthplace plates has been exhausted). I do know that motorists are given a choice between this and the similar "Birthplace of Confederation" base when registering.
