Ski Utah!
This is the self-promoting plate that Utah first issued in 1985. They are still issued today, concurrent with the Arch plates and optional Olympic plates, both shown below.

I've got to say that I think these are my least favorite dies on any US plate - they look like something you'd see on a plastic 'personalized' souvenir plate like you'd get at a county fair or something.

Utah Arch
This is an early version of the Utah Centennial plate. Later versions had a filled-in "Utah" at the top for legibility reasons. This used to be an extra-fee plate, but is now a no-cost option to the "Ski Utah!" plate.
Utah 2002 Olympics
A nice-looking Olympic issue, but the Salt Lake City Olympic logo gets all of the credit.
