A somewhat interesting type here, made more interesting by the fact that it displays both embossing and debossing, which is a pretty rare setup.

I've always liked the 'Collector' types, though this is one of those color schemes that makes you scratch your head.

This is an older passenger issue with the old, larger dies.

This is the updated version of the above plate, with the new, smaller dies. The current issue that replaced this plate looks almost identical, but with black lettering instead of red, and miniscule changes to the top graphics. Look below and you'll see what I mean.

Here's the 'new' Wisconsin plate. Kinda takes your breath away, doesn't it?
I picked this one up at a plate meet precisely because of the 'ARF' suffix, which sums up the 'redesign,' as far as I'm concerned.
